The ceremony will begin at 4pm. However, you will need to arrive an hour in advance of the ceremony to catch the tram up. The first tram will depart at 3pm, followed by the second tram departing at 3:15pm. Ceremony and reception will be held at the top of Palisades (Aerial Tram up), dependent on weather. If weather becomes an issue the ceremony/reception will be held at the Olympic Valley Event Center, a 5 minute walk from the Aerial Tram.

The reception will be held next to the ceremony site.

The Rocker is located within the village, a short walk from where you will depart the Aerial Tram at the base.
